We offer 2 shipping options– Standard Delivery & Next Day Delivery.
Standard Shipping
- Applies to both Metro Manila, Greater Metro Manila and Provincial orders
- Metro Manila and Greater Metro Manila: 3-5 business days
- Provincial areas: 5-10 business days
How long will it take before I receive my package?
- Orders are generally processed and packed within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping typically follows the below lead times:
- 3-5 business days for Metro Manila including the Greater Metro Manila areas
- 5-10 business days for all provincial orders
- On rare occasions, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen courier disruptions or natural events beyond our control.

How much are your shipping fees?
- Shipping fees are computed based on your address and the size of your order
- Fees differ per area and can be seen upon checkout.
Orders placed on Weekends and Holidays.
- Orders placed at the end of business hours on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the following Monday or business day.
Do you ship internationally?
- Not at the moment.
What are your payment options and in what currency will my payment at checkout be charged in?
- We accept E-Wallets- such as GCash and Pay Maya and Bank Transfers in Peso PHP Currency.

How do I order for Next Day Delivery?
- Select Next Day Delivery option upon checkout

Which items are available for Next Day Delivery?
- ALL items are available for Next Day Delivery
When is Next Day Delivery available? Is there a cut-off time?
- This option is available from Monday to Friday with a daily cut-off period at 12:00pm. For orders placed after 1:00 pm, this will be processed on the next business day.
Is Next Day Delivery available everywhere?
- Our Next Day Delivery option is only available for addresses around Metro Manila at the moment. For provincial orders, we will follow our standard delivery procedures.
How much is the Shipping Fee for Next Day Delivery orders?
- Shipping fee will be computed upon check out based on your area.
What are the available payment options for Next Day Delivery orders?
