What is your Exchange Policy for online and store orders?

If your item isn’t quite right— the wrong item, the wrong size or color, or arrived with damage- we will be happy to replace it subject to the following conditions:

  • It is within 30 days upon purchasing the item 
  • You have the copy of the original receipt 
  • It is in new condition, never been used or laundered and in the original packaging, along with the hang tags.
  • The purchase of the items was made through our IG or website.

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Address
  • Date of Purchase
  • Item to be exchanged (style, size, and color)
  • Photo of the Item
  • Reason for exchange

All requests for returns and exchanges will be subject for approval.

Shipping costs to be incurred for the exchange will be shouldered by the customer.
